Afternoon all!
I was a second string raider on Alexstrasza with a top ranked guild this time last year. After my personal life was running me over and I’d run the new Naxx for the millionth time, I decided it was time for a break.
After interviewing Fragdoll Valkyrie for my podcast (shameless plug follows):

I found out that she is also known as Athena from PMS clan, and that she maintains a violent addiction to WoW as well. Following the interview and us spending an hour on Skype chattering about the good times on WoW, she won me over and I decided to re-activate my account and push my raiding Death Knight back into service.
Meanwhile, I feel like I may as well have purchased my account. I’m so lost all over again as far as my DK goes, and apparently I’m three tiers of gear behind everyone (holy crap, all that time I wasted getting geared for Naxx…)
I stopped at about 3.1, and we’re onto 3.3. I’ve been logging into game and wandering around Dalaran in a daze, trying to remember what I need to be doing again. I’ve been told to start running random PUGs for the Frost badges, but after that and the random blue exclamation point, I have no idea what to do to get geared up or how I can most efficiently get back on track for the new content.
