Anyone know what cable is needed to hook an xbox to a computer or laptop?

cross over cable.....and i think its called a mac 6 or 7....i kinda forgot

Use the cable that you use to connect your Xbox to Live, you can hook it up to a router or a hub and then have your computer connect into that as well. You'll need XP Service Pack II if you don't have it already.

I'm thinking i may just buy another monitor and hook my laptop up to that, than hook the xbox (not 360) to that. It may be easier i suppose.
