So there are many different divisions in the recruiting sections

Look here: Want to Join PMS Clan or H2O Clan? (http://www.pmsclan.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=1233)

Follow the desired portals of the platform of your choice.

Then go to desired game of choice.

look for the recruits section and go their applications and send it to the selected recruits manager.

your application will be reviewed then you will start the recruitement process if you are all "legit"
