I'm a fan of classic rock, and particularly southern rock, and Lynyrd Skynyrd is one of my favorite bands, and I have this story about the song "That Smell."
In the opening lyrics to that song, there is a line that says "oak tree you're in my way." Now the majority of Lynyrd Skynyrd died in a plane crash (they ran out of gas in mid-air, which is not an intelligent way to go). Now the story goes that the lead singer for Lynyrd Skynyrd's body was found away from the tree, up against an oak tree, and he was just sitting there, dead, with no bruises or blood or anything.
And now, everytime I hear the opening lyric "oak tree you're in my way" I kind of get a chill cause that is some creepy stuff, kind of like he knew he was gonna die. Most great musicians who die have some song that makes you think they knew it was gonna happen, like Jim Morrisson, or Tupac.
