Heart-Shaped Box is a novel written by Joe Hill.
It follows Judas (Jude) Coyne, a former front man for a heavy metal band (i always explain him as Ozzy), and a fan of anything occult. One day he gets an email from an eBay wannabe site, advertising a "Ghost for Sale". What follows is a roller coaster of an adventure with Jude and his goth girlfriend Georgia (aptly nicknamed for the state she originates from) running from the Ghost who is out for revenge.
I read this book 3 years ago during Basic Training, and loved it immediately. I found it on the Amazon Kindle store and downloaded it last night, and during today's mission (a lot of sitting around) I finished it again.
If you are into thriller/horror genre books, especially Stephen King novels, you will definitely like this book, being as Joe Hill is Stephen King's son. :mvshock:
