Hello I'm new.

Hi, my name is Jon. I met H2O Maverick and PMS Whisper in the FD forums. I'm 29, 30 next month, married and have a 1 year old son. I live in San Diego, born in Oklahoma. So I have a bit of that southerner-city slicker combo goin'.

I'm coming over from the FD forums cause it just got a little too rough over there and I'm looking for a more peaceful, civil coed gamer community. I heard about these forums a while back. But I found out about FD first. So I thought to stay where I started first and work my way over here when I was comfortable.

I'm playing a lot of JRPG's right now, mainly FF XIII, but I'm mainly into FPS's. I played a lot of MW2 but I've been playing a lot of the Reach Beta right now. I play sports games as well such as MLB 2K10 and Madden '10. Additionally at times fighting games which include SSFIIHD, SFIV and MvC2. I'm playing mostly 360 right now, but I do play a little PC, including Dirt 2 and Crysis. I'm super friendly. So hit me up if you wanna be friends. Thanks for having me.

Thanks for the welcoming. I'm liking it here already. Seems much friendlier already than where I was at. Either that, or maybe just much more interactive by the people who are running the show.

But definitely looking forward to maybe getting recruited and happy to see that you guys and gals have the CGN's here as well. Hoping on becoming a nice addition to your community. Thanks for having me.

Hey I was wondering if someone could tell me. Your guys' CGN's are once every month? I'm still finding my way around and couldn't find it. I'm still debating whether I wanna get recruited some where but with "my lil terror", I don't think he'd allow that much commitment to something else other than him.

And thanks again for all the love you guys. You guys and gals really know how to make someone new feel at home.

Cool. I like how most everyone who came and gave me a warm welcome are from the MW2 teams. If I find time and urge to get committed to get recruited, I'll definitely put in my application. I've got my externship though with my school coming up here in June for a month. It's going to be 40 hours a week. So we'll see how that goes. I'm hoping to get in on some CGN's before then though. Hopefully so but in the meantime, thanks everyone for the warm welcome. This place is full of awesome.
