Windows live ID error :-(

I have posted a thread like this before with no prevail. I have had my account for about two years and I have never been able to log on to my account over the internet because of one thing and that is a typo error in my ID. My ID is shakevia59@yahoo.cm and it is supposed to be of course shakevia59@yahoo.com I would really like some help please because if anything ever happen to my account I don't know what I would do I have called XBox and tried over and over again to get this fixed but I just get pulled back to the same thing about a password but I can't get my password because of the error? So am I just out of luck or is there hope for me that I can go to someone higher to get this fixed I mean it's just adding an "O" to my email not that hard. Can someone please help me or know someone who could please:mvsad:

the typo was made into xbox live? I would call xbox live's support and have them change it.

oh wait ... lol you said you've talked to them before? I would stay on the phone until you have confirmation that it has been updated properly
