i love how someone who was supposed to be a good friend could purposely sabotage my relationship with a girl whom i was supposed to trust by telling me that he cared about her....and then she claims she doesn't care about him, yet today they are "together"......i don't even know what to do or say, i just removed both of them from whatever portals i was in contact with them and now here i am, rambling on a forum...i'm old enough to know that it will get better but that doesn't change the fact that what they both did was wrong, and hurts...i've been f'ed over before but never like this....advice would be welcome but not expected, truthfully i just needed to rant...even after typing this i still feel like putting my fist through a wall! :mvangry: :mvshakefist:

People come and go throughout your life. It may seem like a huge deal now, but if you think about the big picture, will these people actually be important or meaningful enough to change your life in say, 5 years? My guess is no. Not even one. All you can do is get over it, like Famous said. Things like this happen every day but that doesn't stop life from moving on. :)

Well holy crap, can definantly relate to this...had an ex's best guy friend spam call me drunk a week after the breakup tellin me how he's going to ruin it even more because he has alot of influence through their best "friendship" even though its obvious he likes her...I just manned up like Famous pretty much said and just said whatever, do what you want cuz I'm not gonna say anything and just nod my head and move on. Stuff like this is rough, I know reality, but can happen to anyone. Its quite a disadvantage when someone pulls the bestfriend card and exploits a friendship like that. There are plenty of good friends you can make and plenty of people to meet and build relationships out there in this big world.

Yeah, I've been in a similar situation. I was seein a guy I had been close friends with in elementary. We got lost in different crowd when we reached highschool, but met up a year or two after graduation. We caught up and we had wicked chemistry and a lot of things in common. At one point we both thought we were eachother's soulmates...I expressed to someone who I thought was a friend, that I was in love with him, and she was really supportive and enthusiastic about it. Then one day they started acting shady, and I found out through another friend that the two of them were screwing around with eachother behind my back. I was broken of course, but I got over it.

She's stuck raising two kids on her own now with a lot of problems I hear, and he has a girlfriend who cheats on him all the time, so what goes around comes around I guess. As for me, I am lovin my job, being single, spoiling myself, and lovin life:)

Hopefully this is the case which it usually is and he can get what he deserves, though the ex was a sweetheart and hopefully doesn't get hurt if she ever does find out the truth. I suppose its only good that I'm the bad guy for a little while longer :|

Actually in a relationship, I'm not even mad that they're together as they started acting really shady towards the end, I'm more upset at the fact that she lied about how she felt...either way...I always have my REAL friends..and family! :)

My last relationship ended, exactly the same way, they wanted to stay friends with me and I told them sorry, but I need to forget them. My ex and ex buddy got to the point that they couldn't trust each other and tried to drag me into it again, and I just ignored them. It was obvious that they still hadn't learned what I learned. This generation doesn't believe in real love. So there really is no point in worrying about their sorry butts, just live life and enjoy the time spent with friends and family! ^_^

its sooo true lol, actually, my buddy tried texting me today and so did she, i just ignored the texts....its really just best if we all move on, i know i'm workin on it...being with all the cool people here help, its nice to know people (even those i don't know all that well) care :) i look to stay here for a long time, hopefully :D

Lol, I've been through a lot, and I've observed a lot of things, so based on my experience, I can say that things usually come together and fall into place in the end. A good attitude towards yourself and others is something to keep in mind though too, or else you're no better than those kind of individuals:)
