L4D2 problems??

so i got an xbox yday nd 2day ive been tryin to play l4d2 online but something keeps happening. I get to the load screen nd it just stops nd it goes no where nd then i get disconnected...it keeps happening nd when i did join a game (2xs) it was really laggy:(

any1 have any ideas??

this happens when you are unable to connect to the Dedicated server/local host(depending on what host chose as the option). I think your disk is fine, but your internet is not.

Are any other games laggy? or is it specifically L4D, try doing what you would normally to fix your internet like reseting your router, check if there is any other usage of said internet(especially things like torrents or streams, they will KILL your internet)

well i played mw2 nd it was only laggy once...ill reset nd try again:D...my mam "said" she wasnt on the pc but i think some1 might have been

location might also be it, im assuming your in europe so if it happend to be an americian/canadian host the server might have been in the americas which would casue obvious lag. try to host a game yourself with dedicated servers, if your hitting a 2 or 3 bar you should be fine.

This happens to me all the time. Is your NAT open? My campus has the worst internet like, ever.
Also, the l4d servers are complete crap. Since the last update, games have been returning to the lobby from the loading screen.
Or you can try hosting a local server if you think your internet is good. :)
