How did you find out about PMS/H2O Clan? My freinds Breneaus an Barracko are doing a 10 man ICC with you all and told me about what type of gamers you all are an i think i would enjoy it
Have you previously recruited for the PMS/H2O Clan?:no
Have you Read and Understood Recruitment Rules & Guidelines?:Yes
What times do you usually play?:throughout the day if i am not working
Tell us a little about yourself: i am 31 years old married father of a beautiful baby girl, i started playing Wow last year January. In that time i have never stopped learning about my class an am always looking up information about it. Many other warriors that I know on the server come to me for advice or to talk Shop about warrs. I am also very giving to my guild, offering my time online to help them anyway i can. I do not believe in complaining about things not being done for me and work on getting myself geared to prove my commitment to earning my spot in any raid, and at time i am willing to give up my spot for another person that i feel needs the experiance more than I do

Raid Application

Please submit the following information, and make sure to make your application Private

** Note: Trial run does not mean automatic raid slot. Please take your application seriously - if you do not plan on adhering to our format, then please do not waste our time.

Tips & Getting Started
1. Application title: Name, Spec & Class

2. Conduct yourself in a mature manner: If you act like a jackass, you will be removed from our guild.

3. Follow the template with honesty. We will not hesitate to dig through your past - so it's best to be upfront and forward with us.

4. Format your application well, and respond thoughtfully. We're not looking for one-word responses. We want to be able to evaluate you based upon your knowledge of the question.

5. All fields are mandatory. This is a simple rule, please follow it. Copy and Paste is your friend.

6. Our raid days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Sunday 5:30pm - 9:30pm server time. We gather at 5pm server time. Explain to us why you cannot make these days if you cannot make them.

-----------------------------------------------

Basic Information
1. First Name:
2. Gender:
3. Occupation (College, Working stiff, both?):
4. Other MMOs before WoW?:
5. Interests outside of WoW?:
6. Do you have any active alts?:

System Information
1. Do you have Vent installed, do you have a mic, and will you be able to contribute intelligently?:
2. Is your connection stable? Can we expect disconnects at any point?:
3. Latency in relation your location? Are you laggy?:
4. FPS?:

Feel free to list your system specs if you would like to.

Raid History
1. Pre-BC:
2. BC:
3: WotLK:
4: Armory link (Please log in your PvE gear, and give a link to your spec):
If you have anything you think we might deem 'weird' about your gear, gems, or spec, please justify it here.
5. Professions:
6. How do you research your class to improve yourself and learn about what is on the horizon? (Looking for more than "I read EJ sometimes" here):
7. Progression, or loot? Are you the type of person to huff and puff about not getting something that would better benefit the raid, or can you initiate intelligent debate about loot and know whom it would benefit most beforehand?:
8. Post a recent World of Logs / WOWMeters, or SSes of recent raids. (We'll probably reject your application if you can't supply one without good reason):
9. Post a screenshot of your UI (Use Imageshack, Photobucket, Tinypic, whatever you prefer. Again, do not leave this blank. [Please note that we'll probably be displeased with you if you're clicking 50% of your abilities.]):

Miscellaneous Questions:
1. What is your current guild? Past guilds?:
2. Reasons for leaving said guild? (Points for providing a reference):
3. Why are you interested in raiding with Pandoras Mighty Soldiers?
4. Who do you know in guild? Did someone recommend you?
5. What do you plan to bring with you personally? ("I come prepared with consumables, flasks, and repair money" is obvious. Tell us why you will make a great raider):
6. We (I) can be a jerk. How do you stand up to criticism? Are you capable of giving intelligent criticism to your fellow raiders?
7. How much do you play outside of raiding? Do you log right after, do you PvP, do you have any accomplishments that you'd like to share? Can you make our raid days? If no, why not?
8. Determination, skill, and respect are high factors in raiding. Will you bring these with you, especially the former of the three? Raiding can be tough, and pushing 2 while dodging fire can be taxing - but we pride ourselves on pushing progression when we can. Can we count on you? Are you on board with us for these times?
