Screen Looking/Cheating.

How on earth do you combat that? without being just plan ol' amazesome.

Im so ticked off because some guy beat me at a round of halo mp (not the full game though, mind you) but ONLY, and ONLY, because he screen looked & used a ghost for the entire first half. BLAH. Also, he insisted that we played a map that was NOT meant for 2 people. grr..

Id grab a sniper, he'd run behind a wall. I got invisibility, he would look for where I was-basically what he did the entire match, even going so far as to even announce what gun I picked up. Can you really not be THAT obvious...

Im not a fan of turds like this...Especially after the fact that he was bragging about it (its karma though, I brag ALOT usually. :p)
But hey, I guess if he has to brag about beating me, I must be doing something right. Im taking it as a compliment.

Anywho, besides kicking the person in the teeth, what can you do to combat their screen looking? there has to be SOMETHING. :s

Haha, well I had a zillion factors against me. He had so many handicaps it wasnt even funny.

If he's screen looking you, take that knowledge and use it against him, sometimes you can make him make mistakes based off of what he thinks you are going to do. That or if you know where he is, have your screen stare at a wall or the floor in zoom until he gets into position, then you spring your trap.

Well screen watching is usually good. Most tournaments you go to you'll be split two to four ways with either your team, or opponents. If it's your team, you will want them watching you when you're in heat and vica versa.

If you're in an FFA, you'll want to peek at where they are as well. The only thing you can do if you are sharing a screen and you don't want anyone to know where you are is look down or toward a wall (like if you're bleeding out). Not a good idea for combat though.

Hmmm, so she does a backflip, kicking off the wall to give her enough height for an epic throw, throws the banana-rang. It knocks the battery pack out of place, and that's when Betty finishes him off in-game with a headshot and then strikes a pose with the controller..... This would be an awesome movie, Nuff' said.

I hate people who screen look. Know the difference between a full screen and splitscreen game. Just because something moves on the overall picture, doesn't mean you need to look at it.
