they are plugged in correctly.
I can hear perfectly, but when I send a message my own voice is very low, and people can't hear me at all.

any suggestions?

in the front where a controller

Mix Amp is busted? Have
you tried calling the Astro Company?
Maybe something is loose or
a wire got cut.

Im sorry Equinox! that really bites. Well i hope everything works out in the end! good luck. might i recomment tritton ax pros? they are the best. i personally dont have a pair, but when i get my job, thats gonna be one of the first things im gonna buy, besides and other xbox. haha

I tweeted, or twittered (however you say that) and they told me to do some tests. I did and sent them an email. That was 3.5 days ago. Still no response. I really think it's the 2.5mm controller cable. I'm waiting on a response from them. I may have to send them back in.

You can put batteries in them, but they do come with a USB cable so it doesn't necessarily require batteries. If you want though, there is a rechargeable batter pack for purchase.

i dont see the point of having the rechargeable battery pack when you already have to connect the optical cable anyways.. so your already going to have a cord going to your xbox so whats one more cord?
