Microsoft is now selling HDMI cable (http://www.xbox.com/en-US/hardware/x/xbox360hdmiavcable/)and VGA cable (http://www.xbox.com/en-US/hardware/x/xbox360vgahdcable/) for XBOX 360 but what i want to know which one is better ?
They both support FULL 1080p HD quality which is good but which one have less screen lags while gaming ?

There really is no difference in terms of "lag" from either of the cables. The only advantage of the HDMI cable is having video+audio in one cable.

As Jordan said, HDMI carriers audio as well, but you also have to make sure you can decode it. For example, my monitor has HDMI (what new one doesn't? :P) but the built-in speakers do not decode the digital signal. Some TVs for example, will only decode the audio into PCM or a stereo sound, instead of 5.1 or true dolby HD which is annoying.
Actually,
Depending on your TV / Monitor the VGA Will Not get Pure 1080P where as the HDMI Will upchannel whatever signal its sending to whatever the maximum Data Speed/ etc your monitor or TV Can handle. That is why you can plug your xbox to one tv with HDMI And get a completly different picture with plugging it up to another model of the same tv.

Hdmi sends a faster signal than vga :D

Also depends on the speed of the HDMI Cable you get too.

Go for the HDMI.
VGA converts digital signal from RGB. VGA's speed and accuracy is also lost because it has to do the conversion. This all comes down to the TV. This was great for CRTs because it's based on the RGB format. Lag also becomes an issue on higher resolution TVs.
HDMI is all digital. Which means no time is add because of the conversion from digital to RGB. HDMI also has a faster data transfer rate, if you start going high resolution you'll see the lag, which you don't want in a fast paced FPS game.
