I just started playing this game and I'm only on the second "boss" of the game. So not more then 2 hours of game time and I'm not sure what to think of this game yet. Has anyone played/beaten this game?

I've played it and havent got that far either. I like it, its really pretty but it really difficult at times.

The game is a real treasure! Long, but I love it! One of the best games out there to buy. Shame it's overlooked :(

But yeah I agree with Gemma it can be difficult, I sold it before I completed it.

Can be? Dudette's, it IS difficult :p You have to train lots at certain parts. If you find it hard now, wait till encore mode :D

It is a good game, but I think after a while by the 30th hour, at least for me, it got repetitive. It was always attack attack attack button, and then unleash special attack before the time bar ends.

Play Encore mode when your done then. I had my butt handed to me at the very start!

I've been told its a difficult game, the second boss has kicked my butt three times now! :mvshakefist:

I'm coming to the end of my school term so maybe I won't get too distracted by FFXIII and I'll be able to finish it. Lots of websites give it great reviews, just seems that not many people had actually played the game. I found the opening scene to be overly long.

It is long, but I love the graphics!

The game, like many RPG games, requires training. My rule is to only move on when the area becomes too easy :)

I figured it was one of those "train til its too easy then move on" kind of games. Require a bit more time, but the graphics are crazy!
