This game sounds great! It was created by the people who brought us City Of Heros and City Of Villians. I guess windows vista users can play it online with people on Xbox Live! How sweet is that??? Here is a link to the story.

I love comic book stuff, and it's being made by a good company. This could be a lot of fun.

Have you played City Of Heros? That was an amazing game! I can't even imagine what Marvel Universe is going to be like!

I played City Of Villains, and that was pretty good. Marvel superheroes are pretty good and it was only a matter of time before they made an MMO.

Looking forward to it, but getting it will depend on any extra subscription costs.

Yeah those subscription costs suck. I would have done City Of Heros and Villians if there wasn't a cost to play. Those are some amazing games! I have been waiting for one to like them to come out on the 360 because there will be no fee other then my gold membership. I hope there is an option to create your own character like in COH and COV.

No, I haven't. I've never played an MMORPG. The subscription fees turned me off of any of them. I may give Marvel Universe a chance though as long as it is really good.

Seeing as alot of marvel characters revolve around New York, I'd hazard a guess that there will be alot of New York-style levels. Hopefully it won't just be played in the areas that each hero is based.

And I think it will be character creation, that way everyone will be unique (or more so) but who knows?

If the Punisher is in it then there must be some gory scenes.

Eh. I like their work with City of Heroes, but it's not a very deep game and it's a bit dull outside of character creation.

I do find it almost ironic that after all the threats from Marvel about City of Heroes players being able to almost exactly replicate Marvel characters, they get to develop the Marvel MMO.

Probably so the players will stop making copying characters and play the game where they are supposed to be them, but what is the fun in that?

I know that in City Of Heros if your hero was created to look like Spiderman or any known Superhero. The online community would call your hero a copycat hero, It was kind of frowned upon in the community.
