I will probably send my 360 in sometime soon, the drive sometimes does not load the game or loads it as a DVD video (GRAW) and I don't want it to die on me later when Rainbow and Splinter Cell are out.

How long does it normally take (if any one knows) to send it in and get it back (I live in North East US)?

well you can't just "send it in" without them knowing the problem. so i would call customer support to see what's up with it.

When I sent my 360 in it took about 2 weeks to get it back.

I also had to send mine in and it took 6 days to get it back. It would've actually only taken 4, but UPS had a problem, so it took 2 days longer.

I know I need to contact them first , I wanted to know how long it would take to have it sent in and/or back. I figured if it got worse then I probably would need to be sending it in. Thanks.

Yeah, the UPS in my area is the same way. They get problems after problems. So I should be getting mine back pretty soon I hope:) . I'm dying to play the 360 again. My old Xbox returned today but I cant play any 360 games on it:( . I can only play Halo 2, Forza Motorsport, UC2, RS: Lockdown. Another problem, I dont have my new Gamertag on it, I only have FusionH2o on there.
