For you that don't know, that Halo 3 Division has started up a podcast!

While it is run by the Halo 3 Division, the topics we cover spans many areas of gaming.

In episode 2, we interviewed PMS Ruin, Halo Girl of the Year. In episode 3, we sat down with L4D2 Division leader UGetBeatByGirls PMS to talk zombies. In our latest episode, we interviewed PMS Sunie, an aspiring Ultimate Gamer contestant and DotA queen.

The podcast is all about recognizing innovative, hardworking members of the community. We do this in 3 ways:

1. Shout-outs: These usually work best for community events. For example, we've promoted awareness about the clan-wide valentine's day singles event as well as Dunham's monthly community night.

2. Interviews: We reserve interview slots for (as silly as it sounds) people who have something to discuss. While promoting community events is important, you can't really have a 1/2 interview with someone about it.

3. Guest hosts: The difference between a guest host and an interviewee is that the guest host isn't interviewed. They would simply add to the conversation. UGetBeatByGirls PMS (episode 3) is great example of a guest host.

In short, if you're doing something awesome, tell us about it! If you're trying to promote a community event, let us know!
We're trying our very best to offer the community a voice (literally!) and to produce a show that you all want to hear.
