Hey Ladies!
Recently we decided to remove the 30 day wait period after recruitment to be eligible to join/make a small team. This means that as soon as you finish recruitment and are a full PMS member you have the option to join/make a small team.
What is a small team?
It's a way to be competitive in PMS on MW2!
What are the requirements?
Minimum of 4 girls and NO more than 6 girls on a Small Team.
Cannot remove or add members to their team whenever they choose.
Must first approach the Small Team Managers with their reasons why they wish to remove someone from a team.
The Small Team Managers must also be informed if a team wishes to “draft” a new member.
The Captain of the Small Team must have gone over every strat for all the maps at least once. You will be responsible for teaching your team all of the basic map strats.
Greek has to be used for our team names, and Alpha may NOT be used as the primary or secondary name. Team name must be approved by the ST Manager FIRST before you create a Gamebattles Page or announce it.
Teams can use one greek name like - Omega - or combos like - OmegaPi -
The team name (PMS ___ ) must be put to a vote by ALL team members. The name MUST be a letter of the Greek alphabet.
All Teams must have at least one girl designated as the recorder. This means they either record the game or take pictures of all the stats. Remember to check the Dispute thread for information about taking pictures. More than one girl may record the match but there must be at least one.
You may start a thread in the Division section if you need to find girls to play with or you can talk to them on XBL.
Once you are a team:
You need at least 3 girls from YOUR small team in order to have hours count for practice hours.
All Small team hours must be posted in the ST Hours thread.
You must get 4 hours divisional practice and 4 hours small teams practice for a total of at LEAST 8 hours a week.
All match results must be posted in the correct thread with proof.
Captains may set up matches and practice times for whenever their team is available.
You must have at LEAST 2 matches a week as a small team. (Matches count towards hours, Scrims do not)
When matches can't be met, scrims are encouraged. They are counted towards practice hours.
Recruits may not participate in small team practices.
You may use your small team tag in matches and scrims as your clan tag. You may NOT use your small team tag in divisional practices and divisional events.
Being apart of ladders (ie: Gamebattles and StripesGamer) and competing weekly, also goes along with it.
Remember, on top of your 4 Division hours weekly, you must also get a minimum of 4 Small Team hours separately. For a total of at least 8 hours a week.
Sooooooooo, if you have a competitive force, an addiction for the game, and time for the extra effort, Small Teams would be a great option! Once you're a full PMS member you can visit the -->SMALL TEAM THREAD (http://www.pmsclan.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=1510)<--. Feel free to PM me with any questions you have! We definitely want more Small Teams in this division, so BRING IT ON!
