ABDC Season 5

So I thought I made an ABDC thread to discuss and stuff.

So I just finished watching season 5 America's Best Dance Crew and well, it's not the official start but it's a start.

The show just started showing the crew from the south and out of all 5, 3 made it to make it to the season. And from the 3 crew so far, I don't see anything impressive.

It's cool still, and it's not the ofiicial begninig of the season, so hopefully the West and East coast Crew bring something better to the scene.

:mvagree: Even though I'm from the west coast... I really hope to see the east coast crew bring something. I don't even bother watching it as much anymore, I just can't endure the hype as much as before.

Even though my heart will always be with Quest, I did enjoy Swagger Crew lol (Not just because of the cool name). Also enjoyed Royal Flush because they were the only crew to actually bring athleticism to their performance. That one-handed handstand was sick!

P.S. The judges are crap now!!!! JC is the only thing keeping the show alive >.<

Definitely a Jabbawockeez fan myself! Didn't know there was a season five of the show, though, lol. Still haven't finished watching season two... <.<;;;; (Didn't have cable TV for a while. ._.)

This season just pisses me off everytime, it not better then season1,2,or 3... the 4th season was alrite I just didnt know how that brazilian team made to end that was crazy in my opinion they suck.....

This season just dosent seem great... the jump rope team was cool but how long is that going last?

but yeah, it's unfortunate for Saltare when they mess up, it's easily caught. But they get right back into it so props to them!

1, 2 and 3 were the best 4 was good and 5 sucks, idk how these some of these teams made it!!!!!! And I like Shane Much Better Than Omarion!!!!!! I Say Pory. is going to win just cuz they are the closest to the Jabbo. and Quest.

poreotixs are good squad for this season I love them now even though they pop almost in every dance they are good crew dude I hope they win it.........Now that canada crew I don't know how they got by that first night(Stupid Judges Stupid Omarion Fudge You) but they are starting to catch my eyes they did pretty good in disco challenge to me.

If I were to rank my top 3 it would go like this.

1. Bluprint Cru
2. Poreotix
3. Jungle Boogy

Obviously you boys are fans of Poreotix and believe me they're amazing but imo Bluprint Cru has more to offer in terms of technique, precision and originality. There are only so many pops, locks and isos' I can take before I start thinking of Jabbawockeez. They get props for the humor though, their performances are cute.

Even though I like Bluprint, Imma have to say no.

Technique: Bluprint has one B-Boy, so that kinda limits their athleticism that they can have in their performance.

Precision: Umm, Isolations are one of the most precise dance style you can choose, nuff' said.

Originality: The only group that failed at originality was Saltare (for one performance) and Hype 5-0. All other crews have been equally original in creating their performances.

wow Hero you showed me. Like I said, they're amazing but they remind me of the Jabbawockeez (which I also love might I add) with a twist. I'm not "dogging" on your choice.

Technique is not limited to B-Boy. Yes, it's tough and you need a ton of upper body strength but there is so much more to learn. I just admire how well rounded Blueprint Cru is, that's all I'm saying.

They're well rounded, but they need to add more 'moments' into their routine.
