Ok, am I the only one who has completely sold his soul to World Series of Poker: Tournament of Champions? I mean I am entirely gone from the world... I played, lets see..... 6 hours nonstop online today?
Now granted on the ladders im about 75k in the hole right now... but thats another story, heheh.
So who wants to take the sarg on in a little friendly card game?

I have the game too. I have only played it once because I was waiting to get the camera, but I do plan on playing it quite a bit.

I've never even looked into the game. What makes it different than Texas Hold em on the Arcade?

um, i really cant answer that, as I havent played the arcade version. i can say its pretty fun to watch, even when your not playing. i actually had my two roommates sit down and watch me play for 4 hours, because both single player and xblive play out as though you were watching the WSoP on tv, with the announcers (whos repeats get old after a while) and the little title bars on the left side of the screen screen.
Like I said I don't know what the arcade version has, but in this there is the perk of mapping your face to you online persona, and you can even option to have the Vision show a live feed of you when its your turn. The usuals, voice chat and such is there, plus the ranking system and such for XBL play is fun. All in all its sadly addicting.... help.... i need a support group, hehe

its cheap actually, picke dup my copy for 36 at wal-mart... cheap for a game thats one week old
not one of those bloody EA-priced titles, lol

Wow. I think I might have to look into it.

The main difference is there is just much more in the game than the Arcade game. It has more poker games than just Texas Hold 'em in it, a career mode, and of course the already known Vision camera features. I haven't tried it online yet, but that should work fine. While the Arcade game was decent for what it was, this one seems to be more realistic. Not quite so many amazing flops and such.

I think I'll wait til I get my TV fixed on Thursday. But after that, I'll probably go pick it up.
i just got it on release and i'm lovin it
