Favorite Video Game Song?

I need some help everyone! To those who dont know me, my name is Xyanyde. I have been an H2O since way back in the rainbow six 3 days (not black arrow, not lockdown... RS3!)! Stratford Style is my pms girl and I love her to death! But I am also a Dj, I specialize in remixing older video game music and putting my own little twist on it. I have done everything from Excitebike and Zelda to Pac-Man and Starfox. But the thing is... I need some new songs to remix! So I need everyone to rack their brains and let me know of some good video game music out there!

What about using music from PDZ or Halo? I like the song "Orbit Of Glass" from the Halo 2 Original Soundtrack Vol.1. Its kinda slow though but maybe you can try the theme of Halo.

Hmmm, anything from Zelda or pretty much any Nintendo game. Actually I love the music from Kameo, Oblivion, Fable, Shadow of the Colossus...idk I like that sweeping type of epic game music. Oh, and definitely Silent Hill...Jet Set Radio...I can actually go on and on.

i would say devil may cry 3 music, but it's already completely badass, so i don't know what ya could do to it lol.

Goldeneye... that sounds doable... Well known enough for the masses, and just neat enough for me to really enjoy remixing. I havent played Shadow of the colossus deep enough to hear all the music. People also suggest that katamari game, but I dont know. Im way more into the music from 16-bit games or less. (Jet set radio music was super awesome, the first one in particular, the futuristic one had a so-so soundtrack)

Have you heard the rave mix of "I Do Jay & Jane" by LaRissa? That would be a good song to mix with Sega's "Streets Of Rage".

The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time, had some memorable tunes.
The Secret of Mana for SNES......
Super Mario RPG, mostly games from SNES and a few select N64 titles.

Final fantasy music isnt quite my forte... but I have been thinking about doing something from FFVII and FFXI. Probably the music that plays when you win a fight in FFVII and the Bards music in FFXI.

You know even though you don't like FF music, I think an interesting project to work on would be remixing the Turks beat from FFVII, I loved their beat.
