Actually I have lots of clans becuase I'm just that good.jkjkjk!
it's becuase I get asked to join... I sometime's say no because the clan either sucks or I just don't like the people in it but sometime's i say yes then I have to go through "pre-orientation" with that clan leader. Then when that clan leader backs-down I take over.

In order to join PMS you can not be in another clan period. So Zombie is correct you would have to leave all of the other clans you are a member of before you could start recruitment.
