For this layout to work you have to do a few things:
First, no long links! If you have a link that is more that http://www.pmsclan.com in length please use this:

Also if you have text like: dedicated,honorable,awesome,kickass,excetera, you need to put spaces inbetween each word.
No movies unless you are able to define the size as under 360px! -Though in most cases I have it so that it will resize to fit.
And you will have to remove that myspace banner image that hides the
"Is in you're extended network" text.
I'm sorry but without that it just won't work.
Finally every once in a while if everything is stretched you will need to go to the comments and delete any comment that has text that goes for too long without a space.
