Sig Limit?

What's the deal with sig regulations? I see people with 2-3 sigs...

Just wondering if the previous sig limit (1 sig and 1 mini banner) was still in place. If so, can we make a formal post about it somwhere, perhaps the sig section? :)

k i have to say....I got yelled at for having two sigs up ok... when i see people that have writing underneith their sig that takes up more then 2 sig spaces....it makes me mad

Right, I try to ask nicely (of course)... but I think it would just be easier if the sig regulations were also posted somewhere on the forums for people to use as a refernece. :)

Also, I agree with Skittlez, sometimes the writing in the sig area can be just as long as 2-3 sigs! Not sure what we can do about that though...

I would have to say that almost everyone (including myself) is breaking the "only one line of text" rule. :eek: :o

yeah. but 2 wrongs don't make a right.

instead of seeing someone break the rules, so you break them also, because "if they can do it i can do it" just send them a pm to tone down their text/banner/w/e.

Thanks for updating that rip and also to those that are following the sig rules. We obviously don't have the time or resources to monitor everyone, so it's a great help when you guys and girls point out the sig rules to new people or our little forum rebels who like to bend the rules.

I guess, the rules can use another updating since we can now add our gamercards to our profiles, those are not necessary on our sigs. Since you'll have to actually go into profiles to see your xfire usebars, those can stay on your sig if you want. As far as text you all know when too much is wayyyy too much. It's fine if it goes a little over 2 lines of text, but please don't turn into a paragraph of text. I don't want to be a sig Nazi or anything but that just looks tacky.

yeah and some people write a lot of stuff like who there big sister's are and h2os and pms stuff....I mean i do that but i dont usually have a sig up...lol

Ok, so updates:

1) 1 signature no bigger then 500 x 150 pixels exactly.

2) 1 small gamercard/stat card or userbar no bigger then 350 x 25 pixels or appears that size. If you have an Xbox 360 Gamercard it can now be put into your profile. Only Xfire gamercards will be allowed in your sig, although you can add those in your profile as well, they are only viewable by actually going into someone's profile. Please limit all userbars to one. If you want to use 3 usebars instead of a sig, that's fine.

3) No more then 3 small sticky items such as 3 Easter eggs or 3 small giffs.

4) Total of 4 lines of text. You can now add 4 lines of text instead of 1. Please don't abuse that by adding a paragraph under your sigs. Admins/Mods will be enforcing this rule from now on.

Myspace (http://www.myspace.com)|1up (http://www.1up.com)|PMS Clan (http://www.pmsclan.com)|Ninja's (http://www.realultimatepower.net/)

If you see anyone not following these rules, they will lose their sig privileges so please make sure you let them know. I upped the limit on text to 4 instead of one, so now that rule is going to be enforced a little more. If you see anyone with more than 4 lines of text please show them the updated sig rules. If they do it again they will lose their sig privileges.

I'm actually breaking these rules, I've got three images in my sig, but together they don't exceed 500x150. Is this against the rules, or will the signature be limited to one img-tag pr. sig?
