Super Elite is it worth it?

Well recently I've been planning on getting the Xbox 360 Limited Edition Super Elite MW2 Version. I've been watching videos on youtube they were talking about how the Power supply was smaller and it didn't have the RROD etc. Do you think it's worth it or better than what you have?
