Anyone else here hate how in Street Fighter 4 and friggin Shoryuken can interrupt an ultimate combo? I know the game has never really been balanced even though it is possible to beat any with anyone, but being able to interrupt an ultimate with a shoryuken is rediculous.

not really, you could counter almost all combos with the shoryuken. Street Fighter 3 you could do it for the majority of the super combos, marvel vs capcom series is the same yet its a little useless in MvC 2 since it doesnt do as much damage unless its the Shin Shoryuken.
the best thing to do... or at least what has worked for me is the "pump fake" which is the fake Hadoken and afterwards i do the super combo or ultra in this case. majority of the time it works since i fool them and they jump and i just use super or ultra before they hit the ground and POW right in the kisser lol

I use cammy, so I have to get right in their face. Since shoryuken is almost omg I don't even have to press buttons to do this, and I can do it a millisecond before you hit me, I can rarely get my super or ultra's off on them unless i stun them.

oh i see... yea i cant really help you with cammy. i only use her in MvC 2 and even then i still have some problems. she is still cool character to use, she is not useless... i just havent spent the time perfecting the combos with her.

I just get mad at all the people who can only use Ryu and Ken. I have played some that are truly amazing that rarely use shoryuken, but the ones that just spam it...

lol i know what you mean. its worse in 4 when people use akuma and they just do the ground hadoken and also the air one. i remember i called one out on it and told him is the only character you can use... well afterwards in the 2nd match he used zangief but yet all he did was the spinning move... he lost both times but it was really not even fun playing against him. i hate all the people that just rely on 1 move to get the V. its worse in SSBB
