I thought this was the funniest thing I've seen in high school football yet. When replay is not around the whistle is your friend. Apparently, the losing team forgot basic football 101. When the whistle is blown the play is dead. You can debate if #87 knee is down or not because it's really in a shadow area you can't see it perfectly, so it's a touchdown in my book.
