There can only be a few logical explanations. The first, I concede, is mostly my fault. Thursday is usually a respite for me, a chance to finalize a good deal of work that has accumulated throughout the week, and even play a few games should time allow. But still I cannot be nocturnal and need sleep on occasion. The combination of rather boring lectures and rainy weather subsequently put me into a stupor that has lasted most of the day. While I am extremely exhausted, at the same time I feel unable to slip into the rhythmic brain activity frequency associated with sleep. Coupled with a variety of rather lengthy (yet insubstantial) conversations and the hours have passed on with naught but a few yawns.
The second problem I shall misconstrue by blaming it on my computer. Clearly the photons slamming into my retina have some sort of odd effect that makes it very difficult to climb into bed; but the nature of my conversation has been changed by my operating system. I understand this may seem coincidental, but the vista release candidate one has a relatively complex set of speech recognition tools. In addition to using verbal commands to control the functionality of the PC, the software allows for dictation (with somewhat questionable accuracy). In an effort to analyze the dictating capabilities to the maximum, you may notice a temporary change in my language patterns. If you're still reading, i hope you've realized I'm just spilling out nonsense at this point, although I am in fact utilizing the vista release candidate and its speech recognition capabilities are rather impressive. They really don't have much of an effect on my language style, the first point covers the majority of the topic at hand.
