All I have to say is the COD4 "spys" suck at being "spys" its not kool that you guys go so far to get the players that everyone likes kicked out just so you can get your "power" fix....Im probably gonna get this thread closed or get bad feedback cause everyone knows its the truth and people dont like the truth....So on a further note have fun playing, and ignore the people who try to ruin it. See you all later =)

CoD4 divisions leaders have made certain members "undercover" and they are supposed to report anything that happens.....and the divsion leader created a whole new account pretending to be a potential ..........

i do think its a good idea but if its been made obvious then i personaly would scrap it, i have to admit though if only the leade r and the "spy" new then i dont think it would matter tbh aslong as the spy is happy with doing this. But however it does show a lack of trust on the leaders behalf no offence CoD4 div leader.

Its not that it is causing direct problems....the problem is the people are not allowing others to do there jobs and there just saying random stuff just so they look better. As a practice captain if I have one of these spys or people who are in no way affiliated with the running of the practice trying to tell me how to do it. That is the problem. If they were spys who were not completely arrogant or people who are more intrested in getting people kicked out it would be fine. Most of them are not like that and they like to get in the way.

Of course this is truth, lol in fact this is totally acceptable under clan and division leader rules, it's even in their division requirements. This is not called "spying" it's called an audit which is done yearly and or as needed by a division to make sure things are running as they are.
Sometimes division leaders do this themselves or sometimes they will appoint another person to report what is happening during practice if they are not able to do so. The point is not knowing who is doing the audit or when it is happening. It's not a tragedy if someone knows though since it keeps division members on their toes and aware that division practice is not free range to go nuts.
Honestly, if you think about it's better than a division leader that doesn't care and isn't there or acts more like an immature person than a division leader.
Audits are standard practice in any organization/corporation and is totally legit. The clan has been rotating just fine while maintaining our yearly or as needed audits so it will not be ending anytime soon and no one until know on the forums or otherwise as particularly complained about it.

I completely agree except when the people chosen are the ones causing all the problems...

Ya forsure, Actually its kinda great all the people that tried to get me kicked out of the clan just got kicked out hahaha I always look for the best intrest and I end up gettin yelled at so I am more than happy about the New game and termination of the COD division at the moment...Esty is the new leader for now I know he will do great =) I appreciate it alot and everyone in the divsion should!

esty is the new leader? i'm sure he will do great as a temporary mediator, but they should maybe look into promoting someone who actually is interested in taking the video game somewhere. those who pursue greatness will not have to work for there respect. hmm wonder who will step up. a much needed division wipe prior to our divisional audit from a few months back
