How do I play movies from my iPhone 3gs to my Tv via my xbox?

You cant... the Iphone wont recognize on the xbox. I have a 3g and have tried just playing the music on the xbox and i cant get it to recognize it. You will either need to hook a computer up to yoru tv or have an Apple TV from what i know.

Wait you can get your music? last time i tried that i couldnt.. dude the movies are probably in a different format than the xbox plays. quicktime i believe.

no luck... doesnt even think there soemthing plugged in. i have all my music coppied to a tb external and i just have that plugged in so it really doesnt matter

He Has an original iPhone they were supported the iPhone 3G and 3Gs both are not and the file format would work since its is Mp4 but you cant get it off the phone best bet is to have your computer that you sync your Music and Videos with stream the content to your xbox

no luck... doesnt even think there soemthing plugged in. i have all my music coppied to a tb external and i just have that plugged in so it really doesnt matterthere's a update that you have to add-on to the XBOX 360 but you need to find it on the XBOX LIVE Market Place and it would let you play MP3 music from any MP3 devices.
just go to add-on on the XBOX LIVE market place and you will see tons of games add-on but you will see one that has a XBOX Logo and download it and it allows you to play music from any music devices.

Or you can play a AAC video or something from my psp and it automatically came up with the add on to play it.

Everyone is forgetting that the iPhone stores music differently it wont work its not compatible the original iPhone did the iPhone 3g/s do not work with the xbox
