Hey I used to write poems...I can not seem to come up with anything good anymore. I know about poetry, I know am poetic but I just can't seem to think of what to write about...I really do love poems and want to start writing them myself, any pointers?

Whenever i have Poem or even Lyric block, i just start thinking of major events in my life, and just let stuff flow naturally, when i do this it generally comes out Dark, and sloppy but you can edit it up and make it nice.
