Considering i haven't made sig's in forever, yes, that's all I did, added some effects to the picture, i was going to do more but got bored with it.

Don't worry, its better than anything I can do. I have Photoshop CS2 on my computer but it usually causes my computer to freeze.

ducky, any skilled sig maker would notice the lighting effects. :P

and i'm pretty sure there is a light inner shadow on each of the sections.
