I think it's about time again to remind you all fresh and loud about the hard work of a sig-designer.

I noticed recently that there are very intelligent ppl who request a sig at Sig Knights & Graphic Genesis at the same time.
Maybe you guys hope to get this way 2 sigs maybe you just want to make sure to get one sig.

Either way this is the wrong behaviour !

If you request a sig plz keep in mind that we designers sit H O U R S in front of our comps and do sigs for you for your enjoyment.
If you play dishonest wether you know it or not you raise bad mood among the designers.

So plz think carefully where you make your request and then do O N E request. The sig you get then is not like toiletpaper which shall be used 1 day or 1 week and then 10 new sigs. You should keep your sig a few weeks before requesting another one.

Thanks for your attention (of course I know that many ppl reminded of this. This shall be a fresh reminder though !).

I would hope most of the regulars here are pretty good when it comes to this, but with so many new people joining everyday, it's nice to have a reminder. I love all the sig makers here and I appreciate all your hard work. Keep it up guys! :)

Great reminder :) It hurts my feelings if someone changes their sig right after I make them one:(

can there be an exception to the rule? what if the person in question wants to put both sigs in a sig rotator, to showcase both designer's work simeultaneously (sp)?

still annoying, just to a lesser degree

I'm gonna do that to all the sigs that will be made for me in my sig rotator, but I'm gonna wait a while and not request one after another.

A good reminder Wandy. A lot of people who don't have much exposure to sigmaking or graphics don't know that we usually spend hours working on a single sig. We don't just spit them out whenever we please. I know it hurts my feelings for someone to request, and I make a sig just to see that same day they've asked for a new one from someone else.

If you're posting in one of the request threads versus just making a thread, so long as it fits the requirements for those designers, it will get made. So there's no reason to request elsewhere 'just in case'. We do this out of our free time and I assure you all we have our own lives that involve school and jobs as well.

And as Dekine said, it is still annoying though to a lesser degree. I would rather you do like harper and just take the ones you already have to make a sig-rotater and just wait a bit before requesting another sig to add....
