Omg I have been waiting for this game since the day it was announced that they were making it. I played swg for the longest time but quit after it got all stupid. I think it's going to be freaking amazing. I'm a huge star wars geek so I've always been interested in the beginning of it all so I think it's awsome that this game goes all the way back and lets you find out what happened 1,000 years before the movies. Ok I'm done with my fangirl, geektastic, star wars rant now. But it is gonna be sweet and I can't wait.

I'm totally going Jedi all the way! I started Jedi training the day before the servers went down for the stupid update that gave you Jedi at level one. I can't wait for another chance to have everything I love about star wars again. I think it would be really cool if all servers could have like their own Jedi counsel and Galactic Repblic and sith counsel run by the players. Yeah I'm a big fan of MMO's and I love the KOTOR series, this should be a very interesting game. Of course I'm subscribed to the newsletter from their website but we can't expect to see this game until atleast 2010 :(

But on the note of Jedi or Sith.. Power to the Sith ;)

I can not wait to sink my teeth into this game. I don't even care that I have to wait until at least 1st quarter next year to play it. I've been so excited with all the new stuff they're trying to introduce into the mmo genre it's not even funny. I mean seriously 10000 hours of voice acting produced for this game, in an of itself that is amazing and that it's going to be the 1st fully voice mmo is awsome.

Ehhh well after seeing the new gameplay video it looks really cartoony if you ask me. I'll probably continue playing Star Wars Galaxies more than this because Galaxies always stayed true to me.

Looks great, I love Star Wars! every game released has been more than amazing.
But i never played a MMO, ive only watched people play WoW.
MMOs always seem so overwhelming, like i wont be able to commit my time to something like that.
but the thought of being the Sith does sound freaking awesome.

Just look at the graphics I mean it just gives me this Team Fortress 2 feel... or even worse... the new clone wars.... I liked KOTOR but this looks pretty different from what I see.

ill say it again. i saw it live. in person. on a giant screen. not on a computer. not on youtube. the graphics are EXACTLY that of KoToR, just revamped in a little next-gen-ness. it does NOT look like TF2. its NOT cartoony. its biowares amazing ability to make graphics look real, but not to the extent of amazing "zomg i creamed my pants" graphics

Apparently release is Spring 2011. I can't wait to get my hands on it even if I've never played an MMO before. I'm even considering switching to Windows solely for this. Haha. I would like to be a bounty hunter solely for the jetpack. Wish you could have both a lightsaber AND a jetpack. That would be awesome.

Oh we are totally going to have a division for this, and I am sure we will have more than plenty :). I personally cant wait, as I have had a hard time getting into any MMO since SWG got killed. Too bad its still a year away :(

Oh well, just hoping to get in beta whenever they release it. Although I heard them say they were really excited for something at E3.... would be kickass if it was start of beta, although I am not holding my breath lol.

I have no doubt it will be an awesome game, and after finally playing mass effect 2, I have no troubles believing how great of a story they will build.

What does worry me is that I hope the pvp is decent, and that the worlds are far more open then the other MMOs out there. SWG was so amazing because of the vast options you had, the huge worlds, and just overall being so open. I think that is one reason I havent gotten into any other MMOs, is they just feel so closed off compared to original SWG. But maybe I am just biased lol.
