Transparency Help Needed

I was wondering if anyone could make this:

The black in it transparent. Either that or extend the photo, adding a transparent border or something. I want to put this image on a black t-shirt at CafePress. :)

EDIT:

Here you go. I just cut out the outside black so that it should fit when you put it on it's 'new' black background from the shirt.
