Practice Hours: 2012 Recruit Practice Hours Log (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AtstLhgWtK9fdDBWTTlrTWU4RGRfUERreTNvZnUyM Hc#gid=1) The front page shows your total hours for previous weeks, and important dates.
At the bottom, there are links to the months. Click on the appropriate month to view it's detailed daily hours.
PLEASE NOTE Practice hours are obtained by attending divisional practices.
Simply reporting that you have played x number of hours does not count as practice hours!
Practice Schedule: Click Here for the Practice Schedule (http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=r-8reqDt8mz5kYkwuFa2eJw&hl=en) If you need hours outside of the normal practice times, contact any online practice captains and they will try to set up an unscheduled practice to assist you with getting practice hours. If you are not appearing online, you won't get an invite!
Rules for Attending Practice
Please set your privacy settings so that everybody can see your online status, not just your friends as you probably will not have all staff members on your friend’s list and practice hosts won't send you a practice invite if your status is showing offline.
You must be appearing online at least 10 minutes prior to the start of a scheduled practice & RSVP via text message on X-box Live to receive an invite to that practice.
Practices are 2 hours long & take place in the private lobby only. You must be in the room by 10 after the hour for credit. You must be in the room for 60 consecutive minutes to receive credit. Every 60 consecutive minutes is 1 credit, and partial credit is not given. You are NOT required to stay for both hours and may attend the second hour even if you have not attended the first!
Respect your practice captain & all other members.
You must be set to OFFLINE when practice begins.
Do not sit in spawn.
Do not send private messages or use the private/party chat.
You must have a working microphone to attend practice.
Communicate during games. Focus on callouts and strats.
At all times you must have PMS, PMSr or PMSc in your clan tag. If you already have PMS in your gamertag, you do not have to have PMS in your clan tag, however casuals still need to be listed as PMSc in the clan tag.
Only practice captains may invite other people into the room unless for some reason the captain cannot send an invite to someone. She may then request for another girl to send out the invite. Always let the practice captain know if someone has requested an invite if for some reason she did not know.
Breaking any rules will get you removed from practice. You will NOT receive credit for the time you spent in practice!
PMSr in H2O Practices
While you are recruiting for PMS, you may not attend H2O practices.
You are welcome to play with anyone, H2O's included, during your free time.
However, practice is a time for learning for both PMS and H2O.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact the division leaders / recruitment managers - Harpy PMS & PMS Lady Eve
Are You Attending an Event?
Division recruits need to let Harpy PMS & PMS Lady Eve know when they attend an event (such as LAN tournaments, MLG, Quakecon etc.) as you may be eligible for attendance hours!
SPECTATORS - Four (4) divisional practice hours are given for attendance at an event.
COMPETING - Four (4) hours for competing at an event, regardless of the number of days.
*Event hours do not roll over. They are credited for the week of THAT event as we are excusing you from practice while you prepare for / travel to / attend the event.
