In the "city" you can talk to Lyle, a weasel that used to sell insurance. He will tell you what your current house is rated and they pick a model room a month that anyone playing the game can see. Esty's was chosen for the month with his Easter Egg theme.

I am obviously addicted to this game and highly suggest you get it.
