Step By Step Summary of the Recruitment Process
Your Recruitment Managers are PMS Cougar and PMS Black Queen
1. Post a new thread in this section. Each person must post their own individual thread.
2. Post an application by clicking this link (http://www.pmsclan.com/forum/project.php?projectid=31) and be sure to copy & paste the application preview shown.

3. Submit Roster Information: You will receive a Private Message via the forums from the Roster Manager shortly after posting your application. She will be requesting information which includes your name, address, phone number, and other contact information. This information is private and confidential. Submit your information only by PM - Do not post this information in the general public forum areas or profiles. It is privileged information that will only be shared amongst yourself, the roster manager, divisional leader, and platform general. This information is mandatory and must be submitted before the end of your recruitment.
4. Attend Pre-Recruitment Meeting: Shortly after posting an application in the appropriate section, you will meet with a Recruitment Manager (PMS Cougar & PMS Black Queen) to go over the recruitment process and basic PMS rules/policies. You cannot start your recruitment or attend practices until you have this meeting! Once you have completed all of the above, you will begin your recruitment and attend practices.
5. Send a Friend Request to PMSr Gamertag: Once you have attended the pre-recruitment meeting, please send a friend request on X-box Live to the PMS COD Recruit gamertag. The friend request will be accepted the first Monday after your pre-recruitment meeting.
Length of Recruitment & More Detailed Information
New Recruits
Your recruitment takes 4 weeks (at 4 hours per week) and is not complete until you attend Orientation.
Orientation is held biweekly and takes about 2 hours as the PMS|H2O Handbook is reviewed. The Handbook has all the rules & regulations neccessary to keep PMS & H2O running efficiently! You also get to ask questions. Once you've completed your 4 weeks of hour requirements and have attended orientation, you become an official PMS Clan member and you have the option of changing your name after being notified of its approval by PMS Cougar & PMS Black Queen!
Current Casual Members
If you are currently a PMS member who has gone casual, you may recruit to this division by completing 2 consecutive weeks of a minimum of 4 hours per week. This is considered a "Silent Recruitment".
In order to do so, please complete Steps 1 through 3 and then Step 5 as specified above. (*Please note you will not need to attend a pre-recruitment meeting or another orientation. Once you've completed your 2 weeks of hour requirements you become an official PMS COD Division active member.
Divisional Transfers
If you are currently an active member in another division, you may recruit to this division by completing 2 consecutive weeks of a minimum of 4 hours per week. However before you may attend practices you must follow the above procedure. After you have posted an application, the PMS NA COD 360 Divisional Leader and/or General will speak with your current Divisional Leader and/or General to get approval of your Division Transfer and ensure you are in good standing within that division, and the PMS Clan as a whole. Expect a longer wait time as it does take some time to meet and communicate amongst the leaders. You can not begin attending practices until clearance is received. Please note this is considered a "Silent Recruitment".
Dual-Division Member
If you are currently in another division within the PMS Clan - whether co-ed or single-gender - the recruitment process is similar to that of a Divisional Transfer. You must complete Steps 1 through 5. After posting an application, the PMS NA COD 360 Divisional Leader and/or General will speak with your current Divisional Leader to obtain permission (as with a division transfer) as well as to ensure you are within good standing within the division and clan. You can not begin attending practices until clearance is received.
You must be able to maintain the hour requirements for both your current division as well as the PMS NA COD 360 Division.
You also must complete 2 consecutive weeks of a minimum of 4 hours per week. This is considered a "Silent Recruitment".
Additional Notes
** You may not attend practice without a working microphone!
** You may not start recruiting with PMS clan if you are currently a member of another clan that is active competitive, or a member of another all-girl clan. Please PM the recruitment manager(s) if you have any questions regarding your participation in another clan.
