Just dusted off the old Game Boy Color and played about two hours of Gold last night. I forgot just how much I love old-school JRPGs, kiddie or otherwise. :D

Anyone else still have Gold/Silver/Crystal (or God forbid, Red/Blue/Yellow)? :D

i have a GBC emulator on my phone, so i downloaded a Rom for crystal and transferred it to my phone, i still love this game today. although using Q, A, S and D as a d-pad isn't the best, and 0 and P don't provide the best A+B buttons either xD

Now if I can just figure out where my N64 and Transfer Pak went off to...I found my Pokemon Stadium 2 gamepak, but nothing else thus far. Maybe some basement spelunking is in my future! :D

I'm currently grinding levels on Victory Road before taking on the first Elite Four. I wanna have my party at level 45 minimum first, though. And after finding another GB Color and a link cable last month, I finally managed to trade for all three starters! :D

Aghhh I <3 all of them. I had found my Gameboy color a few months ago with my Pokemon Silver game still in it, so I tried playing but the BATTERY died in the game?! I didn't know until then that could even happen.

Luckily, it was just before my birthday so I asked for a Nintendo DS and got pokemon on that.

Some good times. It got old because everybody started to cheat on pokemon. Well at my school they did when we fought one another. I was one of the honest trainers who sweated, cryed and spent long hours to beef up all my pokemon I carried with me. I had a good team. Each from different classes.

I may get a Nintendo DS just to play Pokemon again. Thanks Trodgor. Now I have to spend money on myself this christmas.
