I don't know whether I create in a correct section.
I can't understand well with the PMS description.
How to apply for PMS?
Can I apply for PMS as an individual?
Or must be a clan??
Or I can create a Malaysia girl clan under PMS??
And those people apply for PMS or H20 is for sponsor or to join clan??

you have to make an application (looks like Dota doesnt have a sample thingy... o_o).
you can apply as individual.
people who apply for PMS/H2O is to join the clan.
