does anyone not have a lil sis and they want one? Im looking for some to hit it off with and play alot with, does it have to be a member already or can have a recruit as a big sis too?

Your big sister is normally someone who is already a member of the division you are recruiting into or at least a member of the clan. It should be someone as you said you play with a lot and can go to with any questions/concerns you may have and someone that you have a bond with. Hope this helps.
