I'm all right when it comes to 360 games, but when it comes to the Wii, I have no idea. I have WiiSports (everyone does lol), Madden 09 and Super Smash Bros. Brawl...
Are there any other games worth giving a run. I'd get Skate IT, but I don't have a fitboard, it wouldn't be the same.

Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition is good and Ghost Squad is good especially with friends. Mario Party 8 is ok but don't expect to play it alone.

Personally I liked Oomaki and Zelda: Twilight Princess.
Resident Evil 4 was great too.
Mario Kart was entertaining while I played it...

I liked Super Mario Galaxy a lot. Mario Kart is also fun if you don't mind losing to lesser skilled players simply because they got a blue shell at the last minute ....grrrrrrr....

Mario Galaxy, Metroid Prime 3, Super Paper Mario. And then go get a Gamecube controller and buy all the good things that came out for it. :p

I personally really enjoyed playing Zelda Twilight Princess. If you want something different, I strongly suggest you give a look at the Trauma Center series, it will surely get your adrenalin pumping.
If you like strategy games, you should take a look at Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn, but for better effect I suggest you get FE Path of Radiance for the Cube, which is the direct prequel to the Wii game.
Also, since you said you know 360 games well, if you like Geometry Wars retro evolved, you will love Geometry Wars Galaxies for the Wii.
To give you further suggestions, it would help to know which genres you like in general.

If you like light-gun shooters, then Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles is a MUST. And I totally recommend RE4 too. :)
If you don't mind bargain-bin hunting, you should be able to pick up Cooking Mama for a half-decent price. I love that series... :D

Well if you like bargain-bin stuff, get Mercury Meltdown Revolution, that thing is a blast on Wii. And one title I found in the bargain bin the other day was No More Heros... a title that actually made IGN's Wii must own titles.
Bargain-bins are full of surprises.
