Good idea Creedence, however you should have included "All of the above" because all those options except the anime look good to me. I'm not real big on anime but I'm sure that's a good idea for those who do like it.

well i don't know what you could use for prizes, but you could have quizes such as um
.... or battles in halo2 or chrome hounds or GRAW etc, as for prizes hmmm maybe a title like instede of like mine forum mole, you could have ummm like guardian of pms or a chevalier of pms.... well every one lets think of some prizes to whaile we are at it eh:D

in the old forums we had a gallery and every one had a album, which you can make as many as you want and let others see them in the album gallery, but you did not get any post points. i had at least 17 albums and i put alllllllllll of my anime pics in there for every one to use so they could get sigs ,or if they needed an avatar i put a thread if they need one check out my gallery. ya good times, but DAM IT TOKE ME 12 HOURS
TO PUT THOSE ALLLLL UP!! the picks that is. but if they make the gallery , i hope they make an anime section, i'll bring all the picks once again, if yall want, but it would be nice if it could be orginized, ya now like this, click on galllery, then it shows you ,members albums, other, anime, then click on anime, then it would say, Wallpapers, Avatars, and then have sizes, so the avatars fit just right for the site, and then its would say all anime pics click on that then it shows ya all the anime names and every one can add to them if they have 27 post or more, just so no one untrusted puts spam junk in ya know. ya that would be cool. i could get the list of anime and i could suppy pics avatars and wallpapers.

There's an inherent problem with the gallery, in that it takes up server space and bandwidth. I don't think you'll see that reappearing when the space will be used for more useful features. I think gyps covered most of it already, so I won't repeat her. Also for future reference there is a forum for comments and suggestions :)

Uh. wellll, why did no one every tell me that, that is untill now. right no one new it was me, good old Tyrant Sparda:cool: o well, but the avatar idea i have, which is not the one i have said in the above post would work. it goes like this, when some one register, and chooses their avatar, it can show a selection of default avatars, that would not take up to much space, many sites have that feature. and anyone can still use that when they go to edit your avatar. well thats just one other idea i had, well back to the topic of prizes and good ideas.:D

Something cool though, I used to be a member on these forums and we there was a store, it was really neat, you'd get a certain amount of "money" per post and you could use your money to buy things in the store (change the color of your name, the title under your name, and a couple other things) It was pretty neat :) I have no idea how to make it though =/

hmm they had something like that at this site called psocheats.tk though that site sucks:rolleyes: that would be neat like you said but... would it not cause people to spam? or could be an up side. such as people would vist more often. but i have to say
to get more people to the sites you need stuff that people want such asmaybe guides on how to beat games, we could do that, im mean i play alot of video games and i could make some guides as i alredy have such as dead riseing. people could submit their faqs. anothering could be anime reviewing, which im really good at since i have seen all of the best animes there are, and im always up updated with the newest anime, and don't we all like good sweet food, such as brownies, and cake, mmmm.
so we could have that. i have more ideas but i have to go right now, so i'll edit this post of mine when i get back. c ya:cool:

yeah that's true, it probably would cause a lot of spam =/... there could be some ways to moderate that though... like maybe just give points for the spam sections.. or have it a rule not to spam. And if there is too much we could always take it out..

I think the guide idea is pretty neat though... It'd be cool to have some girls submit things too. Like their favorite tricks to games and things. :)

I like everything but the cooking idea. It just doesn't make sense to me. This is a video game related forum, and it'd be best if we kept it focused on games. If I want to discuss cooking, there are cooking related forums that I can visit.

I would say most of the topics in this section are about gaming or gaming related events...

I agree with her about the cooking forum though. I just think a whole section devoted to cooking would be a bit out of place here. But that's just my opinion. :)

Also, we don't need a section just for card games. We already have a "casual games" section.

Towards the end no one used the old chat room... Everyone switched to IRC... plus it's better to have more people in IRC! :p it gets boring in there... there is a thread somewhere on how to set it up. It's really easy and I'm sure someone will help you with it! :)

I'm still busy with MLG and a few other things, but I'm working on the community events and Digital Life at the same time and that's starting later this week.

personaly, to let you all know, the reason i wanted a cooking section is cus i suck at cooking and would be cool if i could ask for help or maybe use some of every one resicpes, ya know:D but what i need hel with is, how to mae the perfect brownies, but with out nuts, im not a fan of brownies with nuts, it takes the choclety taste away for me. i know most of you love em with nuts but not me, just the way i am.:cool:
