Alrighty so, my two year old is being granted one wish through the make a wish foundation! I'm wondering if any of you know any super awesome family vacation ideas.. I haven't had a chance to travel much so I dont know whats where.. or what's out there really. My initial thinking was Disney World in Florida... but I kinda just wanna make sure there isnt anything else super spectacular that I'm missing.

If we do decide Disney World... any recomendations for other hot spots to visit while we're in Florida??

Oh Juicy that is AWESOME!!! I'm so happy for you!!! I definately think that disney would be fantastic for her! I personally have never been there, I usually go to Universal Studios when I'm im Floriday, but my niece has and she LOVED it!!! She spent 3 days there, and had a blast!!!

When do you have to decide by?? When do you get to go??

I think I have a couple months for sure... I just wanted to make sure I had plenty of time to do my research. We can't actually go until six months after transplant.. which is like ummm July!

She already had TWO transplants.. both bone marrow! She's doing wonderful and has responded well to treatment so far!! We just have radiation now for the next couple weeks! Then hopefully we're done FOR GOOD! :)

Awesome news, told you, kids are tough. :D:mvboogie:

On Topic: IDK Disney sounds like a no brainer but then I think back at when I was three and all I think is "I don't remember much" :(. Disney would've been awesome at 10 or 12 but at three?

Maybe if we are talking the whole Disney Resort. That kicks ass at any age. You have "Four theme parks; two water parks; twenty-three themed hotels; and numerous shopping, dining, entertainment and recreation venues." If you mean that then yeah, Disney FTW! :D

That's what the make a wish would be.. the "Walt Disney World Resort" they really go all out with these wishes. I don't expect her to really remember much... but it's just for all of us as a family to have this expirience together incase something did happen to her.. that's all.

AWWWW Katelyn is gonna make it dont worry, thats so cool she got to meet the av's then this, thats pretty sweet. Take her to disney world 4 sho (especially the mini village thing, not sure if they still have it but it was like a micky mouse village) i still remember that and i went when i was 4-5. Goooo make a wish i thought that only happened to 1 in a million people? oh wait marissa and katelyn are 1 in a million cause they so special i forgot :)
