Haha, I can't tell you how to join the H3O clan... but I'll let you know how to join the H2O Clan. Haha- simple mistake, I think you accidently hit 1 key to the right.
Click here (http://www.pmsclan.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=1276), navigate to the corresponding Division. Make a post and someone will contact you about starting up recruitment.
If you'd like to join something other than the Halo 3 Division, click here (http://www.pmsclan.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=1233).
