ah, this thread sure does bring back memories. I use to be a pokemon fan boy when I was younger. good old gameboy color. I still remember the first time I saw pokemon on tv. I was like ! must watch -_-.
yup. and as I got older I started to see how lame it was. Reason is, it got so BORING. Ash gave away his Pokemon and freed some, and he like NEVER ages! and only changed his outfit once! (OK sure there's the exception of some of the festivals in the show, but you get my point.)
and the plot.......don't get me started on the plot. It just kept repeating itself over and over gym badge after gym badge and tournament after tournament. and the romance of ash and misty, never happened. in the end she goes back to her gym and ash leaves to become the best Pokemon master ever! (More like the best Pokemon donater ever) in all, this franchise is an old memory of one of the first animes & games that I played & watched.

As cute and cuddly as pokem tries to be, no pokemon beat the baddazzness of Mewtwo. Even in the movie he was just ballin and i swore he pretty much killed Ash. If he wanted he could kill any pokemon any day and i still have old school Blue and Silver (watcha kno bout dat?). Yea i dont watch any pokemon cuz nothing beats old skool.

HE looks cool but Mewtwo was badazz. on my silver game i had Mewto with Psychic,Shadow Ball, Dynamic Punch (anti dark pokemon move), and Recover. NOBODY beat me lol. My Mew had the same moves except instead of Dynamic Punch she had that move that does random attacks. And yes i think Mew is a girl cuz no male would dare be that cute and cuddly, sorry only a girl can pull that much cuteness off.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you manage to grab the LeafGreen or FireRed remakes for GBA from the bargain bins or at GameStop *shudder*, can't you bring the old-school Pokemon forward to Diamond/Pearl? :mvconfused:

GameFaqs is my best friend in such matters. (http://www.gamefaqs.com) Thanks to that site I learned that Abra (in Gold and Silver, at least) can learn 99.9% of TMs. So now it has Fire, Ice and Lightning attacks. :D
