Sleeping for 20 minutes every 4 hours... What a sleep schedule. Apperently, for those who managed to STICK with it, it supposedly worked out great.
Leonardo, Einstein, and others who needed a lot of time used this to have more hours. It works by giving you more REM sleep, in which you actually rest and regenerate, then you would in a day sleeping for 8 hours during the night.
I was seriously thinking of trying it, but then chickened out. Maybe when I move out I'll do it.
