Strange Activity with XBL Account

So this morning I saw on my Twitter/XBox Live Nation widget that I have that I had apparently been playing GoW2 and GTA IV last night. The thing is I don't own these games.

So I got a bit paranoid... I logged onto my account (via my console) and changed my windowslive password that is associated with my XBL account.

Now I noticed that my signature below and gamercard above (in my posts) say I have privacy settings enabled when I don't.

I don't know but all this stuff seems weird. There hasn't been any other changes.. I can still access my account, no one has purchased anything but it's still odd.

Has anyone had any experience with being "hacked" on Xbox Live? What steps can I take to prevent this (other than what I have done), should I get in contact with XBL Support? I have tried looking at their support page in regards to being hacked but haven't found anything.

I'm not even certain I am being hacked.. apparently XBL was a bit strange yesterday, but I would rather nip the problem in the bud since it is starting to look weird. I don't want to take chances.

If you were hacked you'd have to re-recover your account in order to get back on it. If your account wasn't recovered, then you're fine.

XBL has been lagging and going down at random points in the middle of the night for the last few days, it's probably just some kinks they need to work out.

Alright, well now things seem back to normal so maybe it was XBL with the issue, I'll hope so.

Yeah xbox is having a LOT of issues after the update, so I wouldn't worry about it. Check out xbox-scene.com if you want to do more research, you will find anything xbox related on that site.
