You could save up your money and by the time Meadowlands happens you should be set to go.
Yes PLEASE donate we need some help to go to Meadowlands 09 were planning on competing for GOW2 anything and everything helps even if its a few cents

Also it's not til April 3rd. What if one of you can't go or the your team splits??? What will become of the money donated if that happened??

The team most definitely will not split. the other two members are close friends, and if the money will either be saved up for future MLG events for other teams or returned to whoever donated.
ok when you donate you should get a reicipt and if for somereason we cant go or break up well let everyone know and anyone who did donate will get their money back and for Meadowlands not being until april well when the information for the venue and city the earlier we buy tickets and hotel reservations the cheaper it will be for us so early planning is never too early

how old are you? cant you get a work permit or something?
there is no point in attending an mlg event unless you HONESTLY think you can get far. how about get far on the GB latter (at least top 8) and if you have an all h2o or h2o/pms team, then ask twin if there could be any sponsorships thrown your way.

thats the thing...WE DON'T HAVE AN ALL H2O/PMS TEAM. And i do believe i can get far. why else would i even try for this?

hmm lol good luck, i have no moneyz to give tho, i think a bunch of the locals in the GOw2 div might be making a team for meadowlands, since we all live like an hour at most from the place. but yea, good luck if you end up going.

Hey Yodi, I've gamed with you a bit on GoW2 and think your pretty much on par with me but I don't think it's that easy to get very far, you need to remember that lots of teams are thinkin the same thing and also have probably been around since GoW1, you should try doin GB matches MLG is on a different level.
P.S Sorry if I sound a bit rude, don't mean to be. Also if you want a bit more info on what its like to do MLG for GoW i would suggest talkin to H2O Avatar, he has plenty of experience.

But seriously just ask people to donate like...even .50 cents a day. It may not be that much but those darn save a child things do it and it seems successful. But when you have multiple people doing it adds up. You are 14 and look 21. IT COULD WORK. Go apply for one of those jobs illegals without green cards go to, you look 21! yodi you should come play with some of the gears div.
PS. reason you cant find a match on singles ladder, is because almost no one plays on the single ladder. GB is all about 3-5 man teams.
