What I have - two lobe piercings on each ear, bottom hole stretched to 6 gauge. One outer helix piercing (bottom hole of a former industrial) on my right ear. One inner helix piercing (right above the tragus) on my right ear.

What I want - nose, both sides. Conch piercing on my left ear. Industrial, left ear. Eyebrow, both sides. Lower lip, right side. Nipples (seriously!)

I'll probably do the the nose piercings later this year, after I've gotten my first tattoo - which my tattoo artist is currently in the middle of designing.

It's strange... there's a bit of an adrenaline and endorphin rush that you get when you get a piercing. It hurts, but at the same time, there's an odd good feeling right afterwards. I actually had to lie down after my industrial, as my heart was racing and I was a bit light-headed. The pain is so quick that it's over by the time you're reacting to it hurting. :)

just because you put a whole in your body...doesnt mean that its gonna get infected...i got my ears peirced when i was 2 and they have never got infected. If You take care of them properly they will stay uninfected...

tell that to my bro, his ear got infected because the one who did his ear piercings put it the wrong part and almost had to get it cut off. my matto is really whats the point, its just more work, having to clean it every day, etc, who cares.

And creed, to answer your question, there are various reasons why people get piercings. You wont get a solid answer each time. Some people get them because they look "cool" or because they want to feel pain or just test it out. Other people do it because of thier religion, or pas background and ethnicity. Dont judge people by what they wear or what they have peirced, you just may be judging thier religion and thats not right. People have the freedom to do what they what with thier bodies, so let them do it. If its a spiritual thing, let them do it Ya know? Anyways, thats my advice for today =)

getting blood taken is no problem for me, but the nurse at the hospital suck at taking blood, this one time they poked me 10 times, then they finally got a doc to do it and she got the vein with the frist try and gave those noobs a long speach of how to do tht. but needles such as pericings, i don't even want to find out:D besides, i look good as i am:cool: ya, blond hair,
slim and muscler:cool: and very smart:cool: as for pericings i don't need em, i look cool in my black trench coat shades, and leather boots, altho those are more for the winter, the boots that is:cool:
